Digital product due to the unique attribute it is a downloadable asset, which implies that consumers revoke their rights to claim for a return or exchange in accordance with France and Europeans laws.
Refunds
Refunds will only be possible and accepted under the sole condition that the purchased digital pattern has never been downloaded from the user’s account. In the event of pattern download, as detected by the system, no refund will be accepted.
