Description
ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Pop Corn Sweater is crocheted sideways to create the vertical stripe motif. Start by working the front, then the back. Next, work the sleeves in the round. Ribbed edges are knitted along the neckline and bottom of the sweater.
A men’s version is also available, so you can twin with your sweetheart.

Sizes above correspond with the following chest measurements :
82-86 (86-94) 94-102 (102-110) 110-118 (118-126) 126-134 (134-142) cm.
Measure your own chest circumference to determine which size will fit you the best.
MEASUREMENTS
The Pop Corn Sweater is designed to have positive ease ranging from 60 to 118 cm measured under armpit – depending on the size.
Please see the corresponding ease chart for each size below.
S= 60 cm (M= 70 cm) L= 76 cm (XL= 86 cm) 2XL= 94 cm (3XL= 102 cm) 4XL= 110 cm (5XL= 118 cm) of positive ease.
Before you begin, refer to the diagram on page 7 to select the correct size.

GAUGE
Pre blocked gauge: 9.5 sts x 5.8 rows = 10 x 10 cm in double crochet, on crochet hook 8 mm
Post blocked gauge: 9.5 sts x 5 rows = 10 x 10 cm double crochet, on crochet hook 8 mm
Make a swatch to achieve the same gauge as indicated above – wash and block your swatch. Crochet size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm = 4”, change to a larger crochet size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm = 4”, change to a smaller crochet size.
