ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Friend Beanie is knit bottom-up using circular needles, with four strands of yarn held together throughout.
Start your work with a provisional cast-on, then work in stockinette stitch until the brim is complete. Place the provisional cast-on stitches back onto the needles and knit them together with your live stitches to create a neat, double-layered edge. Continue knitting the body of the hat until you reach the crown shaping.
Shape the crown by working decreases as instructed, continuing until the top of the beanie is closed.
The pattern is of intermediate knitting level.

Head circumference from 55 to 60 cm.

Approx. 60 g of Friends Kid Silk, from Hobbii (25 g = 200 m).
