ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Chamonix Balaclava is knitted from the bottom up using three strands of yarn held together. Begin by casting on with a rib cable method, then knit the neck in the round, followed by working the face opening back and forth, and finally, shaping the top of the head in the round.

Approx. 40 g of Kidsilk Mohair from Mayflower (25 g = 195 m)
Circular needles 3,75 mm [ 60 or 80 mm ]

16 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in 1×1 rib on needle size 3,75 mm [ 3 strands of yarn held together as if they were one ]
